FKT Assembly Machine to fix the octagon box onto base board with accuracy ±0.5mm

This is the base of Chinese wine box. There will be a shoulder long and deep on top of this octagon box. That shoulder box should be perfectly matching the base board when the box combination is closed. This requires the octagon box must be right in the center of the base board. Otherwise, the whole box combination will be defective. 

Manual gluing and manual positioning consumes a lot of workers but generate high defective rate. 

FKT Assembly Machine has a rectify device to make sure this octagon box was pick from the accurate place. Then there are 4 holders to pick up the octagon box from 4 side, which can perfectly maintain the shape of the box.
