A huge book type box on our FKT-9045A Assembly Machine- box size 40x24x13cm

This client has been producing this big box on the Automatic Rigid Box Making Machine, then they have to assemble the box onto the hard cover by hand. But they still get a lot of quality issues such as poor positioning, poor glue bonding, etc, which causes too high defective rate 5% and too much labor cost which is 16 workers. 

It is not an easy job to find an Assembly Machine which can handle such a big box, but we FKT Machinery can perfectly glue, position, and form this box, because our machine can lift the box upto 150mm high. 

Now this client moved out 14 workers to another project and only keep 2 workers here to collect and pack the ready boxes. Meanwhile, the defective rate drops to be nearly 0%.
