FKT-5030 Automatic Eyeshadow Box Assembly Machine managed to tackle the eyeshadow box which is only 10.5cm long. 

This is the smallest eyeshadow box we have ever encountered among all our clients. This box’s hard cover is only 10.5cm long and 5cm wide, which makes the mirror and the tray even smaller. 

This time, we use our FKT-5030 Automatic Eyeshadow Box Assembly Machine which has the CCD and YAMAHA robot arm to find the hard cover and to pick the mirror&tray, guaranteeing ±0.5mm positioning accuracy. 

FKT-5030 Automatic Eyeshadow Box Assembly Machine can automatically feed this hard cover, glue on the hard cover, feed the mirror&tray, pick the mirror&tray, position the mirror&tray, and finally press the box. And its speed is upto 20pcs/min.
