This machine adopts PLC, HMI, servo motors and pneumatic cylinders to feed the ribbon, spray glue onto the box, insert the ribbon and cut the ribbon fully automatically.

The ribbon length, the folded ribbon length, the pasted ribbon length are all adjustable.

And the material of the ribbon can be nylon, polyester, silk, satin, gauze, paper, leather, etc.
