This machine is very much flexible and moveable spray glue machine, which is elaborately organized and developed by our company according to the diversified trend of high-quality box products and the requirements of customers, combining with our years of rich experience in researching and developing box machinery.
Applied for rigid box (both on wall and on bottom) and hard cover for only spray glue. It can be joined with client’s existing conveyor so that no need additional length of the work plant.
The machine adopts PLC control, servo drive, photoelectric detection and other latest technology, suitable to produce the small order and in small workshop.
The gluing head is fixed on the gantryrobot by servo and linear module of synchronous belt to ensure high-speed and silent gluing. - There are 3 servo motors on the gantryrobot respectively for X axis, Y axis and Z axis. - There is 1 servo motor on the gluing head for rotate.
Its conveyor is controlled by servo motor, so it runs accurately and powerfully. Its conveyor is locked onto the machine frame, so it can removed and then the machine can join the client’s existing conveyor. No need to add extra length to the existing work line.
Many built-in functions: straight line, circle, triangle, rectangle, octagon, etc.
There are 4 functions: 1. on hard cover, 2. on box bottom, 3. on box wall, 4. on both box bottom and walls.
