Automatic Glue Spraying Machine for Rigid Box: adopts synchronous belt linear module, and ensures high-speed and silent glue application through PLC control, with high production efficiency and automatic visual positioning. The production speed can reach 14-20pcs/min.
This machine is dedicated to spray glue inside the box, which is carefully developed by our company, based on our years of research and develop experience.
The machine adopts PLC control, servo drive, photoelectric detection and other latest technology, automatically complete the inner box spraying glue.
Adopt linear module of synchronous belt to ensure high-speed and silent gluing, direct gluing and side gluing can be switched by one key, and the gluing is flexible. This machine is standard with hot glue and optional with cold glue, to ensure no worry about opening glue in any environment. It can draw any shape (except arc).
The conveyor can automatically transport the boxes under the gluing section and then stop actually. There is also a pneumatic cylinder to block and keep the box still while the gluing is working.
