During the collapsible box production, the wings positioning job was a shortcoming in automation industry. We noticed this inconvenience of our clients and decided to tackle this issue. The machine adopts the latest science and technology such as PLC control, CCD+robot, servo transmission, photoelectric detection, etc., and automatically completes: hard cover feeding, gluing, positioning, bubble pressing, and forming.
Our positioning unit adopts CCD and YAMAHA four-axis robot which guarantees ±0.2mm accuracy. This machine is fully automatic and original structure design. It adopts two groups of push knife plate splitting mechanism. The contact surface between the hard cover and the bearing mechanism is small, which ensures that the shell does not deform and scratch. It is especially suitable for high-end products with high requirements.
The conveyors are with vacuum suction which can keep the hard cover tightly on the conveyor. This can avoid scratch to hard cover. All the conveyors are driven by servo motors, precise and easy adjustment.
The glue is applied while the hardcover is still travelling. The glue whirls by wind, thus it can be extended into a bigger area to gain better bonding. This type also saves glue by 30%.
This section adopts CCD and YAMAHA four-axis robot which guarantees ±0.2mm accuracy. Here is also the memory function which can stock and read the formulas, so as to fast switch to a new box. After that, this section can also crosscheck the template to ensure the final output.
There are double stacks on each stacking section, which can be alternately activated, so as to keep feeding the boards and wings continuously.
This section is controlled by PLC and driven by servo motor. It can press the boards tightly to the hard cover to gain better bonding during the glue open time.
There are 2 rails on this section, which will alternatively and respectively move a box forward. The box is picked by the sucker, no scratch caused. The push-ear blades work with the mold to form the triangle ears of the box, which exactly matches the box size to output a beautiful box. This can rapidly increase the production speed and reduce the labor cost.
