This machine is fully automatic and original structure design. It adopts two groups of push knife plate splitting mechanism. Adopt linear module of synchronous belt to ensure high-speed and silent gluing, direct coating and side coating can be switched by one key, and the gluing is flexible. This machine is optional with hot and cold double glue system, to ensure no worry about opening glue in any environment. It can draw any shape (except arc).

A positioning platform is added to adjust the deformed inner box or frame and correct the deviation before positioning

Adopt servo and ball screw and use 4 suckers for picking and positioning, which needs no need of mold.This design is simple adjustment, efficient and cost effective.
